CF 2: Wall Sit

CF1: Bumper Plate Run (6 plates, 1 at a time)
CF2: V-Ups

CF1: 250m Row
CF2: KB Holds

CF1: Landmines
CF2: Plank (on rollers)

Each pair must do 1 800m sled pull. They can fit it in anywhere in the WOD. It must be 800 consecutive meters and the weight must be at least 95#. Switch when needed.
